The REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc. dba CORE, is a 6,000 member organization of real estate professionals engaged in every aspect of the industry, including residential and commercial sales and leasing, appraisal, property management and counseling. It is one of the 10 largest Boards in the State of Florida. CORE was chartered in 1923. Its mission is to help its members achieve ongoing profitability.

CORE is a representative for the free enterprise system and the protection of private property rights. All business models are represented. Our membership includes Realtors^® who work on a full service basis as well as those who consider themselves to be limited service, fee-for-service, minimum service or discount brokers. Real estate is a highly competitive business.
It is part of a network that includes the National Association of REALTORS® headquartered in Chicago and Washington, D.C., the Florida Association of REALTORS® in Orlando, and approximately 1800 local associations/boards throughout Florida and the United States.

The real estate industry has harnessed technology for the benefit of consumers, and will continue to do so.  Real estate is both high tech and high touch.

The term "REALTOR®" is a registered collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and who subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

Community service is a Core value. It is enthusiastically supported by our Leadership and practiced by the association and it’s members.
