The REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc., dba CORE, was chartered in 1923 and is comprised of approx. 5000 local REALTOR® members in the Greater Fort Myers area. It is part of the nation's largest trade and professional organization, the National Association of REALTORS®, established in 1908, and the Florida Association of REALTORS®, established in 1916. The REALTOR® organization is a voluntary association whose members must adhere to a strict code of ethics.
How to Identify Our Members:
The term REALTOR® is an exclusively registered designation for members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) which is comprised of some 1,000,000 members in the United States. Only those licensed real estate professionals who have joined the NAR, FAR and a local REALTOR® Association may use the registered trademark term REALTOR®. The REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc. is the 9th largest board in the state of Florida. REALTORS® agree to abide by a strict Code of Ethics.

On behalf of property owners, the Association actively promotes public policy initiatives which preserve private property rights, expand home ownership opportunities, and increase members' ability to successfully conduct their business. A strong advocate of equal opportunity and housing for all, the Association also oversees educational training, professional standards services, and ethics cases to ensure its members not only understand, but adhere to state and federal laws and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
