Briarcliff consists of approximately 650 acreage estate homes. Briarcliff is located in South Fort Myers just North of Alico Rd on US 41. The homes located on acreage in Briarcliff are all very unique. There is not one home that is the same. The price ranges run from $250,000 to over 1 million. There are all different ages, lot sizes, and home styles to choose from. Most parcels are large enough to have horses and there are a couple places to board horses. Even though there are some pigs, goats, roosters and chickens this community is very upscale and the owners take great pride in there homes and yards. All the roads are paved; some private some public. Most homes are on Well and Septic, but there are a few exceptions. Most streets do not have deed restrictions, but there are also a few exceptions. If you need help navigating this unique neighborhood please don’t hesitate to call me. Residents of Briarcliff only pay County Taxes, and we are located within the South Zone for Schools.
